In attendance at the recently concluded Australian (Sydney) premiere of the upcoming adventure comedy “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty are Ben Stiller and Kristen Wiig.

Ben Stiller produces and stars in the movie where no one really knows the power of the private dreams inside our heads . . . until they inspire our reality. That’s what happens in Ben Stiller’s contemporary rethink of one of the most influential fantasy stories of all time – indeed the quintessential tale about the irresistible allure of fantasizing: James Thurber’s “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.” Stiller has taken that two-and-a-half page 1939 classic and opened it up into a 21st Century comic epic about a man who finds that his real life is about toblow his wildly over-active imagination out of the water.

“The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” opens January 22 in theaters from 20th Century Fox to be distributed by Warner Bros.

C aught between accidental and intended hits, Sean Hayes stars as Larry in the hilarious comedy “ The Three Stooges .” Spanning more than twenty-five years since they appeared on television slapping and poking their way in 190 original comedies, the Stooges are about to be seen in a whole new dimension on the big screen. In “ The Three Stooges ,” Larry, Curly and Moe are released into the wild city landscape after spending half of their lives in an orphanage. Out to save the orphanage and raise the money to save the only home they know, they decide to tackle the world outside the only way they know how.

When I saw the trailer of Kick-Ass when I've watch Clash of the Titans at Gateway Cinema weeks ago, it really get's me excited. I was invited by Nuffnang Philippines & Unitel Pictures on The Red Shoes Preview Night at the Podium, last week. The movie may sounds foreign, but it was actually made by Filipinos. It's from the same movie outfit that brought us the hit, Inang Yaya & The Crying Ladies . The Red Shoes is not your usual bubblegum love story, the movie uses a lot of interesting metaphors that makes the film interesting. The choice of Marvin Agustin & Nikki Gil is perfect, I'm not really a fan of these two but after seeing the film, I must say that Nikki Gil is one of those underrated Pinay actresses. Tessie Tomas sure brought up the loud laughs among audience and Iwa Moto brings in the hhmmmm... The story does not really happened in real life, but it makes you feel otherwise. A world class film, I must say. It's gonna worth your every peso.
