Luis Manzano stars in SMDC’s RFO property virtual selling event


Excited to say “Mine!” to your new home? In support to everyone who is now once again searching for their dream condo unit, SMDC is holding weekly online live-selling segments from October to November, to help them arrive at sound decisions. Entitled “Say Mine to your Dream Condo,” this virtual talk show and online selling event gives consumers the opportunity to explore the properties safely, find good deals, and enjoy discounts on RFO units of SMDC properties nationwide. 

By far, the shows have been very well received, with viewers from all over the world getting to see the properties while being entertained by the celebrities at the same time.

Last October, Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli kicked off the series, which featured Trees Residences in Quezon City. 

Following this, Luis Manzano walked viewers around Air Residences in Makati, the country’s premier central business district. Luis took viewers through the many features of the property, as he himself showed his admiration for its hotel-like lobby and well-appointed interiors, bi-level resort-styled amenities, and a mall at the ground floor--world-class and trademark features of SMDC’s properties that allowed them to win as the Best Lifestyle Developer and the Best Developer in the Philippines in the recently concluded Property Guru Philippines Property Awards. 

Manzano also interviewed Leechiu Property Consultants CEO David Leechiu, who shared how condo living is best for those who value their time; and SMDC President Jose Mari Banzon, who spoke about the advantages of condo living such as being able to live in a prime location, especially one that will be near the planned Makati Subway, having access to amenities, and not having to worry about security and maintenance. 

For the whole month of November, condo buyers can say mine to their new home with upcoming segments of the digital talk show. Luis Manzano will take viewers through a tour of South Residences, an iconic haven for those based in the south, and show them how this could match their lifestyles.

Next, Alex Gonzaga will lead viewers through the succeeding virtual tours, with a walkthrough of Grass Residences and Fame Residences, giving viewers a chance to better appreciate what these condos have to offer. 

Say mine to your dream condo by simply checking out the official Facebook and Youtube channels of SMDC. This will allow you to go on a private tour of various SMDC projects that are ready for occupancy.
