SM Supermalls Celebrates World Earth Day 2023

SM Supermalls, in collaboration with its corporate social responsibility arm, SM Cares, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), local government units and partner schools and organizations joined the rest of the world in celebrating Earth Day at SM malls nationwide on April 22, 2023. With the theme “Invest In Our Planet, Invest In Our Youth,” SM Supermalls and SM Cares lined up various activities that aimed to raise awareness among children and their families about the importance of coming together across various sectors to take care of the environment. SM malls nationwide simultaneously held relevant and impactful celebrations with activities such as Children’s Storytelling, Coloring, and Sustainability Tours, gathering 1700 children and 350 employee volunteers. Kraft Eden Cheese aims to target having 5,000 unique Filipino cheese-based dishes cooked to set a Guinness World Record on December 14, 2009 at the Big Dome. And they broke the world record ( which was previously held by India: 4,668 dishes) Philippines made 5,845 dishes in total!

Predators Movie Review

 I saw PREDATORS not on it's premiere night but, on a special screening on SM Megamall. This is when SM Cinema launch the SM Online Tickets. I think I need to post this movie review so I can test my new way of doing movie reviews :) Anyway, It is the third film in the Predator franchise, following Predator (1987), Predator 2 (1990), and the crossover films Alien vs. Predator (2004) and Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007). PLOT: 6/10 The film follows Royce ( Adrien Brody ), a mercenary, who wakes up finding himself falling from the sky into a jungle. Once on the ground, he meets other people who have arrived there in the same manner, all of whom have questionable backgrounds, except for a doctor ( Topher Grace ). As the film progresses, the group discovers that they are on an alien planet that acts as a game reserve to which they are being hunted by a merciless race of aliens known as Predators.
