Just got home from a sumptious dinner at the Spiral Restaurant in Sofitel . We originally set to meet Jojo but she was not feeling well today but V Factory was there to save the day. I will upload the interview with them later. Anyway if you're wondering what's Then & Now Massive Music Festival 2010 it is a definite all-hits show- not an album tour (where the artist/s only sing cuts from a new-released CD), or a promo tour (where the artist/s only push a couple of songs)- so music fans from all over the country can expect to sing and dance to their favorite tunes all night long.

N ominated for six Academy Awards including Best Picture and Best Actor, Columbia Pictures’ critically acclaimed sports-oriented film “ Moneyball ” is based on the true story of Billy Beane (Brad Pitt) – once a would-be baseball superstar who, stung by the failure to live up to expectations on the field, turned his fiercely competitive nature to management. Directed by Bennett Miller (“Capote”), “Moneyball” also bagged nominations for Best Supporting Actor (Jonah Hill), Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Editing and Best Sound Mixing.

Remember the time when you are begging for testimonials or comments from your friends? Well that only happens on Friendster.com . This movie is topbiiled by Gerard Butler (300 & How to Train Your Dragon) as bounty hunter Milo and Jennifer Aniston (Bruce Almighty & Love Happens) as his bail-jumping reporter ex-wife Nicole. Much to his glee, Milo learns that Nicole is his next target and begins his assignment with enthusiasm. However, Nicole is determined to escape from Milo's custody once he has found her. He is determined to find and put her back into jail and take the credit – which is not as easy as it may seem. The exes continually one-up each other – until they find themselves on the run for their lives. They thought their promise to love, honor and obey was tough – staying alive is going to be a whole lot tougher. Until they fake being together to hide from the killers.

C olumbia Pictures' 3D action-thriller “ Resident Evil: Retribution ,” the fifth installment of the wildly successful film franchise adaptation of the popular video game series, has been rated PG-13 Without Cuts by the Movie and Television Review & Classification Board (MTRCB). The MTRCB recommended an additional advisory: “The movie contains violence that may not be suitable for young viewers. Strict parental guidance is advised.”

C olumbia Pictures' touching romantic drama “ The Vow ” stole the hearts of Filipino audiences as it grossed an outstanding P34.08-million nationwide in its first seven days of release (Feb 10-16) and on only 61 screens. This was announced today by Vic Cabrera, managing director of Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc. which distributed the film. Attracting a predominantly date-market, “The Vow's” successful box-office performance benefited from a pre-Valentine and Friday opening – an irresistible formula for the film's target audience.

 I saw PREDATORS not on it's premiere night but, on a special screening on SM Megamall. This is when SM Cinema launch the SM Online Tickets. I think I need to post this movie review so I can test my new way of doing movie reviews :) Anyway, It is the third film in the Predator franchise, following Predator (1987), Predator 2 (1990), and the crossover films Alien vs. Predator (2004) and Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007). PLOT: 6/10 The film follows Royce ( Adrien Brody ), a mercenary, who wakes up finding himself falling from the sky into a jungle. Once on the ground, he meets other people who have arrived there in the same manner, all of whom have questionable backgrounds, except for a doctor ( Topher Grace ). As the film progresses, the group discovers that they are on an alien planet that acts as a game reserve to which they are being hunted by a merciless race of aliens known as Predators.

The dreams of the residents of a small suburban town are haunted by a demonic soul bent on revenge. As people die in their sleep, a group of young students are determined to stay up and figure out how to beat the demon and save their town. Starring Jackie Earle Haley, Katie Cassidy, Kellan Lutz, Kyle Gallner, Rooney Mara, Thomas Dekker, Freddy Krueger is back to bring A Nightmare on Elm Street again! This remake is directed by Michael Bayers who did some music videos for My Chemical Romance & Green Day. Though he received some negative reviews on his first commercial film, I think that he did well, and it translated to box office too!  This movie open as #1 in the US.
