The highly intense edgy teen thriller “Chronicle” tags 10-minutes of “This Means War” footage when it opens in theaters nationwide on February 2 (Thursday). “This Means War” stars Reese Witherspoon, Chris Pine and Tom Hardy in a love war triangle when CIA agents and childhood best buddies find out they are dating the same woman. Hilarity and hard-core action ensue as the trio try to work on the situation the best way possible brought by Hollywood’s ensemble of hit filmmakers.

“This Means War” is helmed by director McG whose worldwide hits include “Charlie’s Angels,” “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle” and “Terminator Salvation,” written by scribe Simon Kinberg who penned the incredibly thrilling films “Mr. and Mrs. Smith,” “”X-Men: The Last Stand,” “Jumper” and “Sherlock Holmes,” and produced by Will Smith to create 2012’s most enjoyable adult romantic-action-comedy.

Consecutively opening this February - “Chronicle” (February 2) and “This Means War” (February 22) are from 20th Century Fox to be distributed by Warner Bros. in theaters nationwide.

ONE Championship™ (ONE) returned to the Singapore Indoor Stadium with ONE: NEXTGEN , which aired live on Friday, 29 October. The event featured a pair of explosive kickboxing matchups, an action-packed heavyweight mixed martial arts showdown, a rematch between two fierce strawweights, and the semifinal round of the historic ONE Women’s Atomweight World Grand Prix. In the main event, former two-sport ONE World Champion and current #3-ranked atomweight contender Stamp Fairtex showcased superior striking technique, keeping Grand Prix alternate Julie Mezabarba at the end of her kicking range for three full rounds to take home a unanimous decision victory. Stamp controlled the distance early in the first round, forcing Mezabarba on the defensive with a plethora of kicks and hard feints. The Brazilian tried to close the gap in the second, even landing a takedown, but Stamp executed a beautiful sweep and wound up in full mount. I've watched Going The Distance on a special screening at SM Megamall, just before it's showing. Before I watched this movie, I don't expect that much, in short I lower my expectation. I expect this movie to fail just like The Bounty Hunter & Love Happens. PLOT: 7 / 10 The film revolves around a couple who try to maintain a long-distance relationship, one in New York City, New York and the other in San Francisco, California. The film will also include a cameo by British band The Boxer Rebellion. CAST & CHARACTERS 8 / 10 Though at first look I don't really like Justin Long and Drew Barrymore as a couple (they're real life couple) as the story unfolds, you will say that they have chemistry. Christina Applegate's role as Drew's sister is so funny, she's exaggerated but funny at the same time. She and Charlie Day brings most of the funny part in this movie. Charlie Day's love to drink beer in the toilet too :)
