After its successful online launch, the first trailer of Warner Bros.’ “ Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows ” will now make its Philippine theatrical premiere as an added attraction to the sci-fi action-thriller “ Inception ” which opens across the Philippines on Thursday, July 15. The 7th and final adventure in the Harry Potter film series, “Deathly Hallows” is a much-anticipated motion picture event to be told in two full-length parts.

The 2 of the country’s biggest superstars, together for the first time in a landmark team-up! In this comedy, Judy Ann Santos stars as Maria Rica and Sarah Geronimo is Maria Cecilia, daughters of public school teachers turned OFW. Left in the care of their Lola Gerty ( Gina Pareño ), Rica and Cecilia grow up in Bocaue, Bulacan, where they help look after the family’s firecracker business. The two girls are inseparable. Rica takes her role as the big sister seriously, to the point of breaking up with her boyfriend, Bong ( JC DeVera ), and vowing to devote her life taking care of Cecil when the latter is hurt in a minor accident.

Last Tuesday, I went to the ' Philippine Science Centrum Christmas Party with Bloggers and Media'  held at the Philippine Science Centrum, E-Com Building, Riverbanks Center in Marikina City. This significant event  aims to recognize the media’s great participation in the promotion of the Philippine Science Centrum and its science and technology advocacy.

 I was so happy when I received a text that I will have a seat at the CINCO premiere night aside from the pre-party of the movie that I also attended at Guilly's Island in Tomas Morato. Because this is the first time Star Cinema invited me to a premiere, because the previous two that I attended are just presscons. Not that I complaining though. Did I? LOL This is also the first time I saw a literally jampacked premiere night. I mean there are so many people standing at the sides. I also would like to thank Star Cinema because there's a seat there with my name on it, cool eh? It's reserved especially for me! It's also fun to hear all those fanatics screams their lungs out when their idol appeared on the screen! and I'm really surprised that there's a lot of banners/tarpaulins displayed by fans. It's like seeing those Twilight fantards :)

The dreams of the residents of a small suburban town are haunted by a demonic soul bent on revenge. As people die in their sleep, a group of young students are determined to stay up and figure out how to beat the demon and save their town. Starring Jackie Earle Haley, Katie Cassidy, Kellan Lutz, Kyle Gallner, Rooney Mara, Thomas Dekker, Freddy Krueger is back to bring A Nightmare on Elm Street again! This remake is directed by Michael Bayers who did some music videos for My Chemical Romance & Green Day. Though he received some negative reviews on his first commercial film, I think that he did well, and it translated to box office too!  This movie open as #1 in the US.

Aside from JoJo, Frankie J, Baby Bash, Diana King, SWV, P.M. Dawn & All-4-One. V Factory is also here in the Philippines to perform in the THEN & NOW Massive Music Festival 2010 in Mall of Asia Concert Grounds. Jojo and V Factory is the first few to arrived in Manila, so they give us a chance for a little interview. Too bad, JoJo didn't able to come down (she was staying in Sofitel) because apparently she's sick & too tired to meet us :(

StreetDance 3D is a movie about a street dance crew on the verge of breaking up after its leader, Jay, leaves the group unexpectedly. The group loses the use of their rehearsal space, forcing them to try and raise money or practice in other locations. Eventually they secure a space in a ballet school, on the condition that they include 5 ballet dancers from the Royal Dance Crew in their routine. At first, they struggle to get along, but they all become friends in the end. One of the teachers at the ballet school, Helena, takes Carly to a ballet where she starts getting ideas for their routine.
